Scheduling Wizard

Navigate: ClosedCase Management > Calendars > Scheduling Wizard

The Scheduling Wizard is a multi-step process used to automate scheduling of hearings.

The process begins by allowing you to define criteria pertinent to the type of scheduling session needed based on session type, case type, agency, appraiser, hearing and account elements. The queried results allow a comparison of skills by availability for resources, appraisers, and agencies. The end result allows you to view results of the scheduling attempt prior to saving it as a tentative schedule to a calendar date. Completion of the wizard will establish the scheduled dates to the Hearing Schedule Calendar providing the ability to manipulate and clear hearings prior to hard schedule using a ‘Save as Finalized’ control.

Block Scheduling

NOTE: Block Scheduling may not apply to your jurisdiction.

Block scheduling is a method that identifies the number of hearings that can be scheduled in a standard work day for block method type of scheduling. This method may not apply to your jurisdiction.
